These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cardroomkoala.com and any order you place through the CardroomKoala website. By browsing the website, adding items to cart, or completing checkout, you agree to be bound by these terms, together with any policies referred to on the website.

CardroomKoala supplies bathroom accessories and related products to customers in Australia. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

Website use and customer responsibilities

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order, including your name, delivery address, contact details, and any information needed to complete delivery. You are responsible for checking that the products you select are suitable for your intended use, bathroom layout, existing fittings, and installation requirements.

Product information, care guidance, and installation guidance may be provided to help customers make informed decisions. They do not replace advice from a qualified tradesperson where plumbing, waterproofing, electrical work, wall fixing, or structural assessment is required.

Products, availability and website information

CardroomKoala offers products across categories including Tapware, Shower Fixtures, Vanity Accessories, and Bath Linens. We aim to present product descriptions, images, finishes, materials, dimensions, and availability as clearly as possible, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, product updates, or photography.

We may update, change, remove, or discontinue products shown on the website at any time. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it, and an order is not accepted until checkout has been completed and the order has been confirmed through the website.

Orders, prices and payment

All prices shown on the website are in AUD. The ordering process is: add to cart, check out, pay on delivery. No account is needed to order.

The only payment method is cash on delivery: the customer pays when the order arrives. You must ensure that someone authorised is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make payment at the time of delivery.

We may refuse or cancel an order where the information supplied is incomplete, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, a product is unavailable, or the order appears to involve misuse of the website. If an order cannot proceed, we will use the contact details supplied at checkout to communicate with you.

Delivery within Australia

Delivery is available within Australia. Delivery within Australia costs A$20 per order and is free for orders from A$600.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination, product availability, and operational conditions affecting carriers or delivery routes. Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address supplied at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is complete, accessible, and safe for delivery. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable, or no authorised person is available to receive and pay for the order, further delivery arrangements may be required.

Returns, refunds and product condition

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To request a return, contact CardroomKoala using the contact details below and provide your order details so the request can be reviewed and processed.

Returned products should be handled with reasonable care and, where possible, returned with their original packaging and included accessories. Refunds apply to eligible returned products once the return has been received and assessed.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.

Warranties and limitation of liability

Some products may be supplied with warranty information from the manufacturer or supplier. Any warranty details provided with a product should be read carefully, including exclusions, maintenance requirements, installation conditions, and the process for making a claim.

To the extent permitted by law, CardroomKoala is not liable for loss caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable product selection, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, normal wear and tear, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. For products that require installation, you should use appropriately qualified trades where required.

Our liability is not excluded or limited where it would be unlawful to do so, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. The terms that apply to an order are the terms in effect at the time the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and, where applicable, the laws of the state or territory in which the relevant dispute is heard. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
